2. Next, with a scraper (or a rimmer, or you can use a scraper), you will need to remove chamfers of 0.25-0.35 mm from the inside of the clips.
3. Then, to the clips, you will need to pick up bolts with a round head, the diameter of which should fit the gap (up to 0.5 mm) of the clip. Burrs on such heads are removed with a needle file, and you can fit the head to the clip using sandpaper.
4. Then you need to drill holes for the clips using a Forstner drill. And this drill should be of such a diameter that then the clips enter the holes quite tightly.
5. Next, the clips need to be pressed into the holes. If they enter freely, it is necessary to glue them with any glue for metal.
6. Now you need to insert the bolts into the corresponding holes of the petal gaskets. And tighten the nuts on the spring washers.

After the performed manipulations, the hinges are considered ready for subsequent assembly.
