    Start cooking by turning on the oven. The dough poured into molds is placed in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.

    Wash the apples, cut them, remove the middle and stalks, remove the spoiled parts, if any. Pieces of apples should be about 2x2 centimeters in size. If the dish is intended for very young family members, then you can first cut the peel off the apples.

    Melt the butter in a frying pan, put the apples and fry over medium heat until they become soft, just start to fall apart. It is not necessary to bring the mass to a puree.

    While the apples are fried, you can already start preparing the dough. The ingredients for the pudding will be beaten with a mixer, so it is better to choose a cup of sufficient volume and deep.
    Break eggs into it, add sugar, vanilla sugar, pour in milk.

    Beat everything with a mixer at high speed for at least 3 minutes. The mass will increase in volume, high foam will appear.

    Add the slaked soda to the dough and sift the flour.

    With a mixer at low speed or with a whisk, bring the dough to a homogeneous state, without lumps.

    At the end, mix in the slightly cooled apples into the dough.

    Arrange the prepared mass in molds, put them on a baking sheet with high edges, pour hot water onto the baking sheet (as much as the sides allow). Now the tray can be placed in the oven.

    If the oven has a blower or convection mode, then it is recommended to turn it on. Depending on the power of the oven, in about 30-35 minutes the apple pudding will be ready - the crust on top will turn a beautiful pink color. The tray can be taken out. If you bake pudding in one large form, then the baking time will naturally need to be increased.

  4. Preparing the baking dish. Pudding is better, of course, cooked and served in portion molds. But if there are none, you can take one big one. In this case, before serving the finished dish to the guests, put it on a wide plate and cut it. Grease a baking dish with oil or cover with baking paper
  5. Cool the apple mixture, mix with the dough, put it in a mold, put it on a baking sheet with high sides (the higher, the better), filled with hot water more than half.

  • 5 large apples;
  • half a glass of sour cream;

  • a little butter;
  • cinnamon and vanilla to taste.

Now you can start cooking:

  1. Carefully separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the yolks intensively with a blender. Add sugar, starch, cinnamon, vanilla, beat again. My apples, peel and pit, rub on a fine grater or pass through a meat grinder. We mix the grated cottage cheese with sour cream, applesauce and also add to our mass. Beat egg whites separately and fold into batter last.
  2. Lubricate the bowl of the multicooker well with oil, preferably creamy, pour the dough into it, close the lid and turn on the baking mode. If the cooking time is not set automatically, then set it to 60 minutes.
  3. If the power of the multicooker is less than 500W, then, most likely, an hour will not be enough for the pudding to be fully cooked, you can increase the cooking time to one and a half hours.
  4. After the specified time, it is advisable not to open the multicooker for another hour, then the pudding will become especially lush and tender. But if you don’t have such an opportunity to wait, you can serve the dish immediately after cooking, the taste will still be delicious.

For the classic apple semolina pudding you will need:

  • 5 apples;
  • a glass of semolina;
  • 4 chicken eggs;
  • 0.5 l. milk;
  • salt;
  • vanillin;
  • sugar to taste;
  • butter.

  1. First you need to cook semolina porridge. To do this, boil milk in a ladle, gradually add semolina in a thin stream, constantly stirring the mass.
